Calmry Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Standard Shipping (International): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a wrong or incomplete address is entered, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Sorella is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or unforeseen events.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered”, we are no longer responsible for the package.

If your package is lost or missing, please contact the carrier directly.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for some carriers)

  • Countries where shipping is restricted due to carrier limitations or international sanctions
